3D Printing Drone Airframe Cover Competition Award Ceremony
We are proud to announce the results of the 3D Printing Drone Airframe Cover Competition, co-organised with Temasek Polytechnic (TP) and supported by NAMIC Singapore and Association of Aerospace Industries (Singapore)! Held from May to September 2024, the competition challenged contestants to use Design for Additive Manufacturing (DfAM) to create innovative and functional drone airframe covers.
The winners received their prizes from the Director of TP’s School of Engineering, Mr Song Kwok Yuen, at the award presentation ceremony held in conjunction with the Industrial Transformation ASIA-PACIFIC (ITAP) 2024 event at Singapore Expo Hall 3 (14 – 16 Oct).
The winners for each category are:

1st: Ng Yu Fei (TP alumnus, @Diploma in Mechatronics)
2nd: Mike Tan Cheng Tong
𝗧𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗖𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗼𝗿𝘆:
1st: Team Skyward Saplings from ITE College East
2nd: Per Kai En Caleb from Nanyang Polytechnic

1st: Kevin Goh Ke Ming from NUS High School of Mathematics & Science

The winning designs from each category are displayed at the NAMIC AM Pavilion during the event.
